We can only accept returns or exchanges on our products that have the original tags, original packaging, never washed, and never worn. Full refunds or exchanges will be offered under these conditions only within the 15 day window of receiving your product(s). We cannot refund the original cost of shipping.

If your product is damaged upon receiving please contact us via email at VividDreamersSleepwear@gmail.com immediately and send us a detailed description, with pictures if possible, of the damaged item.
